Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend. Summer ’21 term begins today!
The Ethnic Studies and Social Justice Studies (ESSJS) remote graduation ceremony will be held today 6/7 at 3:00 p.m. The ceremony will celebrate those students that completed degrees and certificates in the following departments and programs: Asian American Studies; Interdisciplinary Studies; Latin American Latino/a Studies, Lesbian; Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Studies; Women’s and Gender Studies; as well as the Working Adults Program. To attend the celebration now!

The San Francisco Office of Economic & Workforce Development (OEWD) has awarded the following grants to 91·çÔÂÂ¥: CityBuild Academy, CityBuild Pro, and TechSF Occupational Skills Training. The Office of Workforce and Economic Development played a key role in developing these proposals with the support of the Office of Grants and Resource Development and in collaboration with the Office of Contract Education and Extension Programs. Good job everyone!
Congratulations to the Admissions & Registration and Outreach teams! During FRISCO week, 387 students successfully enrolled in Fall 2021 with an average unit load of 13.39 units per student. A&R collaborated with High School Partnership and SFUSD, enrolling about 1,000 SFUSD dual enrollment students into the Transitional Studies Credit Recovery Program for the Summer.
Remember, in-person registration for noncredit classes continues this week. and share them with members of the community. These classes are FREE!
Finally, do not miss the last two Community Open Forums hosted by Trustees Chisti and Selby, today 6/7 and Friday 6/11 @ 5 pm, on the subject of return to campus. I encourage each of you to attend and make your voice heard. Simply !
