Instructor Bio

Chris Martin is a San Francisco-based producer with several years experience in film, television, and commercials. Nominated for the 2015 Independent Spirit Awards, John Cassavettes Award for Test, his feature and documentary films have played at over 150 film festivals, and have appeared on streaming platforms and theaters. Other film and television production credits include Fremont, Earth Mama, Shortcomings, Boots Riley鈥檚 Sorry to Bother You, Pushing Dead, 55 Steps, La Mission, and others. As producer, Chris participated in the Cannes Producers Network and has twice been a finalist for the Sundance Producer鈥檚 Lab.
